Hi guys, well it was a hell of a deadline day! As you all know Liverpool had an immense deadline day, offloading many and re-signing Bellamy! It was insane!!

You most likely know this, Raul Meireles is now officially a Chelsea player, after handing in a written transfer request 30 minutes before the window closed, it came to a surprise to many, but I half expected it. I’m sad to see him go because he always seemed to be in good spirits, but like always we don’t know what goes on backstage :-/

So as a Liverpool fan, I joined this blog because Raul played for Liverpool and although I don’t run it, I do do about 90% of the posting, all in regards to Liverpool. So now that Raul’s isn’t a LFC player anymore, I’ve decided to ditch this popsicle stand :P and focus on running my Pepe Reina blog and my personal blog.

I’m not bitter over Raul’s transfer, because he’s left us during different circumstances than a certain Spaniard I know ;) He was never really a starter, unless Stevie was out, but I think LFC have an overload of mids and were “happy” to let him go. I’m not too worried about how we’ll adapt we’ve got Stevie coming back next month and we still got Maxi and Dirk and Spearing and Jonjo and now Bellamy, so we’re good to go…and for £15mil I’d say we’ve got a bargain ;)

Anywho good luck to him…not to Chelsea. And good luck to this blog ;P
